As Mega Prime Foods continues to grow, we're looking for an Organizational Design & Effectiveness Associate Manager to help shape an organization that is agile, scalable, and built for long-term success.
This role leads organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, and productivity initiatives, partnering closely with senior leaders to solve complex organizational challenges through data-driven insights.
What you'll do:
- Design organizational structures, operating models, and governance that enable business growth.
- Lead workforce planning, role architecture, and headcount optimization initiatives across the enterprise.
- Diagnose organizational challenges using workload analysis, spans & layers, process mapping, and organizational analytics.
- Partner with business leaders to redesign teams, clarify accountability, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Develop enterprise standards for job architecture, organization design, and workforce planning.
- Support transformation initiatives that improve organizational agility, productivity, and performance.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, Strategic HR, or Management Consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex organizational challenges.
- Experience leading organization transformation or operating model initiatives.
- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- A passion for designing organizations that enable people and businesses to thrive.
