Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Help organizations navigate complex transformation by guiding leaders, supporting people, and shaping environments where change can truly succeed.
  • This role requires significantly more than communications or training management. It requires someone who understands human behavior, leadership dynamics, organizational systems, persuasion, messaging, psychology, and execution discipline — and who can integrate these into a cohesive and effective change strategy.
  • This is a client-facing, influential leadership role. It sits alongside executives, program leaders, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring that transformation is not only implemented, but genuinely adopted and lived.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, HR leadership, or equivalent roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading or enabling complex change initiatives.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, resistance management, and adoption strategy.
  • Experience working alongside Enterprise Architecture, Program Management, HR, and Business Leadership functions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, persuasion, and interpersonal capability.
  • The ability to balance empathy and strength, structure and flexibility, compassion and discipline.
