This role requires significantly more than communications or training management. It requires someone who understands human behavior, leadership dynamics, organizational systems, persuasion, messaging, psychology, and execution discipline and who can integrate these into a cohesive and effective change strategy.
This is a client-facing, influential leadership role. It sits alongside executives, program leaders, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring that transformation is not only implemented, but genuinely adopted and lived.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Transformation, HR leadership, or equivalent roles.
Demonstrated success in leading or enabling complex change initiatives.
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, resistance management, and adoption strategy.
Experience working alongside Enterprise Architecture, Program Management, HR, and Business Leadership functions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, persuasion, and interpersonal capability.
The ability to balance empathy and strength, structure and flexibility, compassion and discipline.
