The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-2 years of practical experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Change Delivery, Project Delivery, or PMO roles supporting people, process, and business transformation initiatives (not IT Change Management, HR Operations, Admin, or CSR roles)
- Strong English communication, stakeholder coordination, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Degree or certification in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Behavioural Science, Applied Science, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting change initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, change readiness, and user adoption activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Exposure to learning needs analysis, training needs assessments, training content development, and workshop or change enablement facilitation
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative project environments while managing multiple priorities
- Adaptable, resilient, empathetic, and naturally curious, with a genuine interest in Organizational Change Management and people-focused transformation
- Must be based in Metro Manila or within approximately 1.5 hours travel time to Alabang or Makati
Your Daily Tasks
- Assess business processes and identify people, workflow, and project impacts
- Develop and recommend change management strategies that improve stakeholder readiness, engagement, and adoption
- Develop communication materials, presentation decks, business documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Execute plans, track progress, manage schedules, and escalate risks or issues
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and change recipients
- Support users and stakeholders before, during, and after implementation
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery principles
