Job Description
An Organizational Development (OD) and Capability Development Head strategically enhances company performance by aligning talent, culture, and structure with business goals. They design career pathways, manage change, and implement training programs (leadership, technical) to boost workforce capability. This role involves assessing organizational needs to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development (OD): Analyze and optimize organizational structures, design roles/competencies, and lead change management initiatives.
- Capability Development (Learning & Development): Create training programs for leadership and staff, manage talent development, and map career pathways.
- Performance Improvement: Assess company culture and structure to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Align human resource initiatives with overall corporate strategies for organizational growth.
Core Competencies and Skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Change Management: Proven experience in guiding organizations through restructuring or cultural shifts.
- Needs Assessment: Conducting diagnostics (surveys, interviews) to identify performance gaps.
- Leadership Development: Designing coaching, mentoring, and training for leaders.
- Communication & Influence: Engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Typical Qualifications
