Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people side of change across key business initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite, 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels at partnering with business and project stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a structured, methodology-driven approach (Prosci preferred) and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring both strategic leadership and execution. This is a contract to hire role. Located in central WI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute OCM strategies aligned to business goals
  • Partner with executives, leaders, and project teams to drive readiness and adoption
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
  • Coach leaders through change and proactively manage resistance
  • Track adoption of metrics and measure effectiveness of change initiatives

Qualifications


  • Organizational Change Management experience
  • Experience leading enterprise change initiatives
  • A background with training and adoption strategies
  • PROSCI a plus
  • Must not need or have sponsorship
