We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people and shaping a positive organisational culture. This role reports to the Director, Organisational Development, and plays a crucial part in establishing and managing various organisational development frameworks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organisation Design: Job title review and simplification, mapping to management levels and creation of position descriptions/job success profiles that enable remuneration banding
- Learning Content & Collateral Design: Design and development of engaging learning content for various modalities, including in-person, live virtual, and digital platforms. This includes design of supporting collateral such as facilitator guides, program slides, participant communication templates.
- Facilitation: Facilitation of a range of enterprise wide development programs including induction, professional learning, leadership, and talent development sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Deployment Planning: Assist the Organisational Development team with creation of global deployment plans for a range of key programs and curriculums, including leadership, talent, professional and induction programs
- Reporting & Research: Preparation of a range of reports, surveys, analyses and research to support Organisational Development projects and proposals
- Organisational Development Projects: Manage and support with various Organisational Development projects such as embedding the capability framework enterprise wide, performance management framework design/deployment and more
- Program Faculty Coordination: Source, brief and coordinate internal and external program faculty as needed to support learning and development initiatives.
- Administration: Step in to provide administrative support for the team during peak periods to ensure smooth program execution. May include responding to learner queries or providing LMS support
Skills & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, HR or related field
- Proven experience in a similar Organisational Design, Development, Learning and Development, or Human Resources role. Ideally establishing new talent management frameworks and systems.
- Experience navigating a large complex global organisation to successfully deliver organisational change initiatives across multiple countries, demonstrating resilience and grit in the face of adversity and challenging environments
- Strong instructional design and content creation skills for digital and in person (Articulate experience preferred)
- xcellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
- trong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional english communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to generate insightful reports, proposals and data analysis using excel, powerpoint or similar to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
