Reporting to the Director, the Organisational Development Analyst supports the effective delivery of OD initiatives within Probe Group. This role is primarily responsible for the administrative and operational management of programs and frameworks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the OD function.

Key Responsibilities
As the Analyst, Organisational Development, you will be responsible for a wide range of learning support, administration and OD related projects including:
Learning Management System (LMS) Support
Responsible for the setup and configuration of courses and classes within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensures accurate and timely scheduling and enrolment of participants in learning programs and attendance tracking and reporting
Serves as a primary contact for learner queries, providing guidance on accessing learning resources and navigating the Workday system.
Offers troubleshooting assistance for common Workday issues related to learning.
Organisational Development Project Support
Provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the OD team on various projects.
Assists with research, data gathering, and preparation of materials for OD initiatives including slide decks, surveys, communication documents, participant workbooks
Contributes to the successful implementation of OD programs and interventions
Prepares the learning content plan for homebase
Operational Support
Generates and manages QR codes for course evaluations and attendance tracking.
Coordinates room bookings for training sessions, meetings, and other OD-related events.
Manages the ordering, inventory, and distribution of merchandise for OD initiatives and company events.
Organises printing requirements and catering for learning sessions and team events.
Learning Administration
Manages end-to-end learning administration processes, including data entry and updates within the Homebase system.
Processes invoices related to learning and development activities and maintains accurate budget tracking for OD expenditure.
Required Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or similar field
With one or two years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR - Learning & Development, or Organisational Development function.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms (e.g.,Workday).
Excellent written and verbal english communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and effectively prioritise in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
