About the Role

Glamnetic is looking for a sharp writer and community-minded content creator to own our day-to-day presence across key organic channels, including Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and our Blog.

You will execute against our organic content strategy by bringing Glamnetic's brand voice to life across platforms. That means creating content that educates, sparks conversation, builds relationships, and drives engagement without feeling like a sales pitch. This role collaborates with Marketing and Social teams to ensure organic content supports broader campaign themes and product launches.

What You'll Do

Organic Channel Content Creation & Publishing

  • Manage a weekly posting cadence across Reddit, LinkedIn, Blog, and Substack
  • Adapt messaging and tone for each platform's audience and culture (what works on Reddit is not what works on LinkedIn)
  • Create short-form and long-form content aligned with Glamnetic's brand voice, including educational posts, product-forward storytelling, tutorials, FAQs, and spotlight features
  • Repurpose UGC, customer testimonials, influencer content, and CX insights into structured, platform-ready posts
  • Draft blog content with basic SEO and GEO best practices in mind (keyword awareness, search intent, evergreen structure)
  • Build and maintain recurring content formats that can be templated and scaled

Community Engagement & Collaboration

  • Maintain an active, on-brand presence in comments and discussions across all channels
  • Spark conversations and encourage participation within community spaces
  • Collaborate with the GlamFam Community Specialist to develop content and posts for the Facebook community
  • Source and identify relevant external Facebook groups for Glamnetic visibility, coordinating with the team member responsible for cross-group posting
  • Identify recurring customer questions, objections, and trends, and escalate relevant feedback to CX, Marketing, or Product teams
  • Support weekly community programming tied to launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments

Content Planning & Workflow Management

  • Own and maintain the organic content calendar across all organic community funnels within Click Up (Project Management tool)
  • Meet deadlines independently without requiring constant oversight
  • Coordinate light approvals with Marketing or leadership as needed
  • Track post performance and surface trends, opportunities, or underperforming content
  • Maintain KPI and Analytics tracking across owned channels

SEO Support

  • Incorporate keyword awareness and search intent into blog and long-form content
  • Support evergreen content creation and internal linking strategy
  • Identify common customer search themes related to product education and application guidance
  • Collaborate with E-commerce and Copywriting teams on blog creation and maintenance

What Success Looks Like

  • Channels feel consistently active, on-brand, and community-driven
  • Engagement metrics (comments, shares, saves, replies) trend upward month over month
  • Content is reusable and repurposed across marketing channels
  • Recurring customer questions are addressed proactively through content
  • Organic presence contributes meaningfully to Glamnetic's SEO footprint and brand visibility
  • Internal stakeholders view this function as a reliable content engine, not a bottleneck

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in organic social, community content, or content marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills across short-form and long-form formats
  • Experience managing brand voice across multiple organic platforms (not just personal accounts)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and conversation, not just post and leave
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles: keywords, search intent, evergreen content, internal linking
  • Familiarity with Reddit etiquette and culture (understanding what feels authentic vs. promotional)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-channel calendar independently
  • Comfort representing the brand voice publicly and consistently across platforms
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for content ideation and drafting support
  • Familiarity with press-on nails, lashes, or beauty communities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in beauty, DTC, or lifestyle brands
  • Canva skills for light image creation, GIFs, or visual content assets
  • Experience with Substack or newsletter platforms
  • Background in or understanding of customer experience workflows
