Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with co-workers and some outside vendors with English and Spanish speaking skills
  • Process and accurately input orders into the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve any order-related issues or customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and order processing systems

Qualifications & Benefits

  • Graveyard Shift - Monday to Friday
  • Rest Day on Weekend - Saturday & Sunday
  • Monthly Salary is Negotiable with Government Statutory Benefits, Health Card (HMO), Cash Allowance etc.
  • At least 3-6 Months E-mail/Chat support experience
  • Must be Good to EXCELLENT spoken and written English skills
  • SECONDARY and or COLLEGE GRADUATES and UNDERGRADUATES
  • Must be at least 18 and above
  • Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • DATA ENTRY with good computer typing skills
  • Office Location - Meralco Ave. ORTIGAS Center Pasig City
  • Starting Date: ASAP
  • Hiring Process: 1 DAY PROCESS. Exam and Interview.
  • Passing applicants will then undergo Final Interview.

  • Scheduled ON-SITE and or ONLINE interview and exam
