Order Management Supervisor

The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order processing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer and operational requirements. The role supervises the order management team in handling order entry, validation, monitoring, coordination, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level targets. The position coordinates closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to resolve order-related concerns, monitor delivery performance, and maintain customer satisfaction. The Order Management Supervisor also reviews operational KPIs, prepares reports, manages billing and documentation accuracy, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in order management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain functions
• With supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory coordination, billing, and documentation procedures
• Experience in SAP, ERP systems, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Experience in KPI monitoring and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
