Order Management Specialist (Jr. Project Manager)

Primary Responsibilities

Provide customer support and end-to-end order management for strategic OEM and End User accounts within the Power Products business. Responsibilities include order entry and maintenance, quoting, claims resolution, SPA administration, order expediting, customer reporting, and portal management. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders across MTS, MTO, and CTO product lines.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, production, billing, and claims.
• Coordinate product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting activities.
• Resolve customer issues and build strong, trusted customer relationships.
• Maintain open-order reporting and support customer forecasting activities.
• Interpret requirements for low-complexity CTO products and align solutions to customer specifications.
• Provide product information and cross-reference support.
• Leverage systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Quote-to-Cash, SE Advantage, Microsoft Teams, and customer portals to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3-6 years of experience in order management or case management
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule aligned with US business hours in BGC, Taguig.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective negotiation, mediation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
