Job Description
The Role:Order Maintenance Specialist
As a part of the Order Services evolution, we are looking at a continued evolution to our order entry and conversion teams. This team will be responsible for managing any day to day order maintenance related issues for pre-existing and booked orders on our scopes. The team will be supporting continuing to maintain those orders as well as their validity. They will also be supporting any requests for PO's not within the scope of booking rules, but within the scope of purchase orders assigned to cost centers.

What will you do
- Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions such as order entry, modifications, incompletion log thru Oracle, BFO, SEA, S4, SAP ECC
- Manages and administrates Service Contracts and related activities.
- Takes ownership of all orders, ensures administrative support is carried out.
- Communicates directly with internal customers, AMs, Sales Reps, Field Service, and other cross functional departments to ensure accuracy in orders and to answer general questions regarding services and order status
- Enter Purchase Orders on a timely manner
- Meet the goals set by the team to achieve KPI
- Making sure correct Quotations and Contracts are being used
- Monitor individual backlog by checking pending orders to ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders
- Identify and communicate possible changes to process and procedures to ensure best practices.
- Responsible for managing their personal case queue but also supporting concerns and questions fielded to other case queues
- Available and flexible in scope of communication and training between variable teams and scopes.
- Manage Change orders for their respective scopes
- Manage any types of transactional questions for the scope of order services on PS led orders whether they are service or NSF led.
- Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training and uptraining in all forms of order entry.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Must be willing to work during US business hours.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite.
- Good written and oral English communication skills
- Prior experience in Order Management, an advantage.
