Ritual Matcha Co. imports and distributes high-quality matcha from Japan for bulk and wholesale customers. The company primarily serves foodservice businesses such as cafés, restaurants. The company also supports matcha brands through white-labeling solutions.

Role Description

The Order Fulfillment Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is an opportunity to learn fulfillment and warehouse operations hands-on at a fast-growing company, making sure every order leaves complete, correct, and on time.

Your role would include the following:

Pick orders from stock following FIFO (first in, first out)
Check every order against its sales invoice before packing
Pack orders to our standard so products arrive sealed, protected, and properly labeled
Book nationwide deliveries with courier partners, and update each order's status and tracking number in our system
Prepare Metro Manila orders and delivery documents for hand-off to our riders
Receive and log returned items, and flag damaged or incorrect stock
Raise orders at risk of missing their lead time to the Logistics Supervisor early
Keep the packing and dispatch area clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials

Qualifications

Fast and careful: able to keep up on peak days without letting accuracy slip
Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems before they arise
Effective and empathetic communicator with partners, contractors, and internal teams
Comfortable using Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and barcode scanners, and willing to learn new tools as needed
Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce packing is an advantage, but not required
