As a pivotal part of our logistics team, you'll orchestrate the movement of our fashion products from the warehouse to customers. Your expertise will ensure that every order not only meets but exceeds our high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. With your role, you'll be at the heart of our promise to deliver exceptional service and quality to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Excellence: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process—ensuring precise picking, packing, and shipping of wholesale orders.
• Precision in Coordination: Guarantee the meticulous preparation of shipping documentation, from bills of lading to customs forms, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels diligently, ensuring availability aligns with order and fulfillment needs.
• Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for our wholesale partners, addressing inquiries, providing order updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Reverse Logistics Management: Efficiently handle returns by coordinating RA's and credit notes, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, accounts receivable, and inventory management teams to foster a unified approach to shipping logistics, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness.
• Order entry and Data entry.
• Manage open orders for our Major retailers.
• Manage customer order extensions.
• Manage Picking creation.
• Coordinate shipping and routings with the warehouse.
• Process daily Invoicing.
• EDI management: 850, 860, 856, 810
• Reporting.
• Backup for teammates:
• Other Duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication abilities for effective customer and team interactions
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus
