Job Summary
What you need to know about the job
The Order and Billing Officer is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are accurately processed, billed, and recorded in accordance with company policies, contracts, and pricing agreements. This role acts as the link between ADD, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting, ensuring that every product delivered is properly invoiced, documented, and ready for collection.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA is an advantage
- 13 years of experience in order processing, billing, or sales accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. With at least 1 year of supervisory role experience.
- Proficiency in SAP
- Knowledge of VAT, EWT, and BIR billing regulations
- Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) process
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong analytical and cost management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership and team supervision
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- High integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of manufacturing and food industry processes
Curious about the Work Schedule
- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (7am 6pm) and Friday (7am 4pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
