The Oracle Utilities Product Specialist is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of Oracle Utilities applications. This role translates business and functional requirements into technical solutions and supports integrations and meter-to-cash business processes across Oracle Utilities platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) configurations including Groovy/XPath scripting, custom zones, business services, business objects, and UI maps
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL code to support application functionality and performance
- Convert client functional requirements and design documents into technical designs
- Design and develop batch controls, batch jobs, and schedulers
- Configure integrations between Oracle Utilities applications such as CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG
- Support and enhance end-to-end meter-to-cash processes
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to implement high-quality solutions
- Provide troubleshooting, system support, and documentation as required
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Proficiency in PL/SQL
- Experience designing batch processing and scheduling solutions
- Understanding of Oracle Utilities integrations and system configurations
- Solid knowledge of meter-to-cash business processes
- Functional understanding of one or more Oracle Utilities modules:
- CC&B
- C2M
- CCS
- MDM
- SGG
