Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL, Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
• Experience with designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
