Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (Oracle WACS) specialist based in Manila, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Utilities WACS solutions to optimize utility work and asset management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, and coordinating integrations with existing Oracle Applications and related systems. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in consulting engagements, document functional and technical specifications, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. The role also includes providing ongoing production support, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL, Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.

- Experience with designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements.

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
