Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the stability and performance of systems. Collaboration with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency is a key aspect of your role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering.
Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or Software as a Service environments.
Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability through effective testing and validation.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.
This position is based at our Manila office.
