The Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) SPL role is responsible for implementing and managing C2M solutions for utility clients in the Southeast Asia region, ensuring that all systems are functional and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions for clients in the Southeast Asia region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for C2M applications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Develop documentation and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) implementations or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of utility billing processes and customer management.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with data migration and integration processes in C2M.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
