Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs and translating those into effective technology solutions. The role includes providing consultative services to support system integration efforts, facilitating discussions around transformation and customer journey improvements, and ensuring that both business and technical requirements are accurately represented in the solutions delivered. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align functional and application designs with client expectations is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL, Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.

- Experience with designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements.

- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms and their application in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS.

- This position is based at our Manila office.

Primary Skill:

Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS)

3+ years of Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management experience.

5+ years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products (WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, OFS) with Strong understanding of OIC integration architecture
