Role Overview

As an Oracle Security & Compliance Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical resource for Oracle EBS access governance, security administration, and compliance activities. You will collaborate closely with Application Owners, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and audit-ready access management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle EBS Quarterly Access Review (QAR) cycles

• Analyze and reconcile user access and responsibility assignments

• Perform user access reviews to ensure SOX and ITGC compliance

• Identify and remediate inappropriate access, orphaned accounts, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts

• Review audit artifacts, evidence packages, and compliance documentation

• Support internal and external audits and track remediation activities

• Develop SQL-based reports and perform security analysis

• Maintain user provisioning, role design, and security control documentation

• Partner with Risk Management and Compliance teams to strengthen governance processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite security, administration, or compliance

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS security architecture, including users, responsibilities, menus, functions, and profile options

• Hands-on experience with SOX, ITGC, access governance, and SoD programs

• Experience conducting user access reviews, entitlement reviews, and access certifications

• Proficiency in SQL for reporting, validation, and audit support

• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, or related modules

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis

• Experience working with Internal Audit, External Audit, and Compliance teams

• Familiarity with Oracle GRC solutions and IAM platforms such as Okta or SailPoint

• Experience developing Oracle EBS security reports and compliance dashboards

• Knowledge of Oracle database security concepts and audit reporting

• Experience supporting SoD remediation initiatives

• Oracle E-Business Suite or related Oracle certifications
