Join Deloitte's Cyber Operate team as a Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security operations in a managed-services environment. You will oversee production support, access governance, controls, incident management, and continuous improvement across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). You will lead delivery teams and collaborate with client and Deloitte stakeholders to meet service-level, risk, quality, and compliance objectives.

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:
Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignments.

Join Deloitte's Cyber Operate team as a Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security operations in a managed-services environment. You will oversee production support, access governance, controls, incident management, and continuous improvement across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). You will lead delivery teams and collaborate with client and Deloitte stakeholders to meet service-level, risk, quality, and compliance objectives.
Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead day-to-day Oracle Cloud ERP security operations across FSCM and HCM, including user access administration, custom roles, data roles, data-security contexts, security profiles, Areas of Responsibility (AOR) assignments, HCM Data Loader (HDL) security activities, and Oracle Business Intelligence/Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (BI/OTBI) security.
- Own service-delivery governance, service-level agreement (SLA) performance, operational metrics, reporting, escalations, and coordination with functional, technical, business, information security, risk, client, and Deloitte stakeholders.
- Oversee quarterly update impact assessments, regression testing, release readiness, and security cutovers.
- Direct access reviews, audit support, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, mitigation tracking, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control activities, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud processes.
- Govern incident, problem, and change management; lead root-cause analysis; and strengthen runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), approval workflows, quality controls, knowledge assets, and automation.
- Coach and develop team members, manage performance, support hiring and onboarding, and build Oracle security delivery capabilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- 10–15 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security in an operate or production-support model.
- Experience supporting Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) security, including Oracle Cloud Security Console, user provisioning, custom roles, data roles, data-security contexts, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR) assignments.
- Experience supporting HCM Data Loader (HDL) security and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) authorization for reports, analyses, subject areas, and data models.
- Experience conducting quarterly update impact assessments, regression testing, release readiness, access reviews, audit support, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and mitigation-control tracking.
- Experience leading ticket-based operations against defined service-level agreements (SLAs), including incident, problem, and change management and root-cause analysis.
- Experience managing Oracle security delivery teams and coordinating service delivery across functional, technical, business, information security, risk, and client stakeholders, including client escalation management.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
- Oracle Cloud implementation experience supporting transitions into managed operate services.
- Experience in a professional-services consulting or Big Four environment.
- Experience using automation or scripting for access reviews, role audits, evidence collection, or regression support.
- Experience using Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) for issue investigation and result validation.
- One or more Oracle security, cloud, or risk-management certifications.
