Is this your next challenge in Oracle Retail ERP Functional Senior Specialist Finance, Deals & Rebates
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Retail ERP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), specifically Finance, Deals, and Rebates modules.
This role will primarily support BAU production operations and change request enhancements, ensuring stable financial processing, accurate supplier funding, and timely delivery of new business requirements. While end to end Oracle Retail knowledge is preferred, the core responsibility and ownership will be Finance and Deals & Rebates.
The challenge is to:
BAU Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Retail applications
- Own and resolve Finance, Deals, and Rebates related issues including:
- Deal setup, accruals, settlements, and claims
- Rebate calculations and supplier funding validation
- Financial postings, cost discrepancies, and reconciliation issues
- Support finance period-end activities and operational reporting
- Perform root-cause analysis and work with technical teams on fixes
Change Requests & Enhancements
- Analyze new business requirements related to Finance and Trade Management
- Produce functional designs and solution approaches aligned with Oracle Retail standards
- Support configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure enhancements do not disrupt existing BAU processes
Functional Ownership & Collaboration
- Act as functional SME for Oracle Retail Finance and Deals & Rebates
- Work closely with Finance, Merchandising, IT, and external vendors
- Guide business users on system usage, controls, and best practices
- Ensure data integrity across master data, transactions, and financial outputs
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Do you have experience in
Required Skills
- 58 years Oracle Retail functional experience
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Finance and Deals/Rebates
- Experience in BAU support and enhancement delivery
- Strong functional analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment
