Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and reports using Oracle Standard Reports and BI Publisher.
• Gather and analyze data and translate functional business requirements into technical designs and report specifications.
• Collaborate with Oracle consultants in report design, Oracle system troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Create, monitor, and manage Oracle ticketing requests from submission and tracking through resolution and closure.
• Document system issues, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions to support implementation, compliance, and future reference.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in SQL development, Oracle reporting, or related IT functions
• Proficient in SQL and BI Publisher
• Knowledge or experience in Oracle systems, report development, and data management is preferred
