Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities. - Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Familiarity with APIs and web services for application connectivity. - Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Manila office.
