Job Description

Oracle NetSuite Implementation: Lead end-to-end solution deployment, ensuring business and regulatory alignment.
Business Process Analysis & Design: Gather requirements, define system blueprints, and optimize workflows.
Configuration & Customization: Configure NetSuite and coordinate development for tailored solutions.
Training & Documentation: Conduct user training, system demos, and maintain clear documentation.
Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and enhance system efficiency post-implementation.
Project Management: Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for success.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting-related courses
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Preferably with knowledge of the following:
Product knowledge on Oracle NetSuite Core Functions and Oracle NetSuite Advanced Features
Oracle NetSuite Customization Tools
Business Process Understanding
Industry Specific Solutions
Key Performance Indicators Identification
Advanced & Cost Accounting
BIR Regulations & Taxation
Data Management and Data Migration using Data Transfer Workbench
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office Applications - Visio, Word, Powerpoint
Functional / Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, any ERP/HRIS Software
Preferably, 6 months to a year of work experience in any standard ERP products but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Excellent documentation skills
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and planning skills
Good grasp of business acumen
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
