THE OPPORTUNITY
- An experienced Oracle Integration Consultant - to join NRI's Oracle practice. Reporting to NRI's Oracle Technical Lead.
- You will be part of an Agile delivery team who will work on various projects where we are delivering Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Integration services to our customers.
- You have an in depth understanding of Oracle IaaS, PaaS solutions; plus Oracle integration and middleware technologies.
- You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, undertake Oracle L&D and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability, IP, and go-to-market solutions.
- Your role will involve elicitation of technical and integration requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques, including designing, leading and facilitating workshops with customer stakeholders to understand and clarify technical issues and work on design and build/implement integration solutions aligned to customer requirements.
- Prepare a broad range of documentation through the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.
Desired Experience
- With more than 5 years of relevant experience you have worked on Oracle Integration projects; and are an expert in Oracle Integration Cloud and SOA platforms.
- You have one or more relevant Oracle Cloud certifications along with Oracle On-Premise certifications
- Experience of Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, Oracle Fusion Middleware and migration projects to the Cloud is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud i.e. ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing the review, analyses and design of complex ICT business processes and services for customers operating in various industries. This includes experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative integration solutions.
- Experience in the design, implementation, upgrade, support and operations of Oracle Integration platform including Oracle Integration Cloud and SOA Suite.
- You are a team player who can work in an agile environment; and who has experience of working with distributed teams (including onshore / offshore models).
