Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will spend your day configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to ensure they meet evolving business requirements. Your role involves managing application features, overseeing release processes, and maintaining system stability. You will work with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance application capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Proficient in using APIs and low-code platforms to develop and customize application workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Manila office.
