As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to enhance components across various systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis processes.
Experience with integration of Oracle Hyperion with other financial systems.
Proficient in developing and maintaining financial applications and reports.
Knowledge of database management and data modeling principles.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
This position is based at our Manila office.
