Job Description

Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Permanent position
Onsite / Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed | BGC Taguig
Salary Offer: TBD

Skillset Requirements:

4-year degree (Information Systems,Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
5+ years with SDLC process, model creation and maintenance of flow diagrams, communicating and collaboration in enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS) and environments.
7-10 years experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
Strong functional knowledge in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
Experience in Oracle Cloud data models in HCM and Finance.
Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI.
Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning and single sign-on technologies.
Foundational knowledge in AI/ML is desirable
