Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing system behavior, collaborating with team members to understand challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications that support business functions. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing to a seamless user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide timely resolutions.

Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.

Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

Strong understanding of cloud-based application support and troubleshooting methodologies.

Experience with integration and configuration of cloud software solutions.

Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.

Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.

This position is based at our Manila office.
