Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, business process design, implementation guidance, and client engagement for Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM – P2P.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including Requisition, Purchase Order, Receiving and Invoice processing.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Procurement, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement and Supplier Management.
• Conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Design solutions considering integration with Oracle Fusion Financials, Inventory, Projects and third-party applications.
• Define and review approval workflows, procurement configurations and business process solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project leadership.
• Provide guidance on integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs and FBDI.
• Identify functional gaps and recommend standard Oracle solutions or appropriate extensions.
• Lead solution walkthroughs, functional design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment and production support activities.
• Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications and other project deliverables.
• Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance to the project team.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in Oracle SCM with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement / P2P.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Purchasing and Supplier Management.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end P2P business processes.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, preferably in a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement approvals, BPM workflows, supplier management and procurement controls.
• Good understanding of integration touchpoints between SCM and Financials.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs and FBDI.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead business workshops independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 2+ Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement certification is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
• Exposure to global procurement processes and multi-country implementations.
