OSI Digital is looking for an experienced
Oracle Functional Lead – Procurement & SCM with strong expertise in
Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Procurement. The ideal candidate will lead functional design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support across Procurement and Supply Chain Management while working closely with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Procurement and SCM functional activities across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Analyze current business processes and design optimized future-state processes using Oracle best practices.
- Gather and document requirements from Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend appropriate configurations, extensions, and integrations.
- Configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and SCM modules.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration workbooks.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams on RICEW, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Lead test planning, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off activities.
- Support data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, SQL Loader, and APIs.
- Provide expert-level production support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Develop and deliver training for end users and super users.
- Manage Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate resolution.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to business users.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and delivery activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Procurement.
- Expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management, and SCM processes.
- Experience with Oracle Procurement modules including Purchasing, iProcurement/Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Management.
- Strong experience in Inventory Management, Item Master, Inventory Organizations, Transactions, On-hand/Reservations, and Costing.
- Knowledge of Order Management, Pricing, Cost Management, Shipping, Manufacturing, and Planning.
- Strong requirements gathering, solution design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and configuration experience.
- Experience with RICEW, integrations, and data migration.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, SQL Loader, and APIs.
- Strong testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation or EBS-to-Fusion migration projects.
- Oracle SCM / Procurement certification.
- Experience working across multiple Oracle SCM modules.
- Exposure to project planning, risk management, and ERP practice building.
We Are Not Looking For Someone Who
- Has never worked directly with business or client stakeholders.
- Lacks hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM/Procurement.
- Has limited implementation and configuration experience.
- Requires continuous supervision to manage functional delivery.
- Is not comfortable collaborating with technical, integration, and cross-functional teams.
