Role Overview
Provide functional consulting and AMS support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM)
- Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancements
- Perform configuration and functional setup changes
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose solutions
- Work with business stakeholders and end users
- Participate in transition and knowledge transfer
- Ensure SLA compliance including P1 support off-hours
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in Oracle Fusion Functional consulting
- Strong expertise in one or more modules: ERP / HCM / SCM / EPM
- Experience in AMS model (support + minor enhancements)
- Good understanding of SaaS architecture
- Oracle Fusion certification is highly preferred
- Strong communication in English
- Experience in transition phase is a plus
- Willing to work UAE timezone and on-call
