ORACLE FUSION FINANCE DIRECTOR- (JOB JB)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Director to lead complex Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, drive ERP transformation initiatives, and provide technical leadership across enterprise finance technology solutions.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle ERP professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials architecture, implementation strategy, solution design, and technical delivery leadership.

• Salary: Up to PHP 450,000/month
• Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Drive Oracle ERP solution architecture, configuration strategy, integration design, and finance system transformation.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, system configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Evaluate and drive Oracle ERP integrations with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies.
• Guide technical teams in troubleshooting complex Oracle Fusion Financials issues, system performance optimization, and application enhancement.
• Ensure financial applications comply with enterprise architecture, security, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead multiple Oracle Financials delivery workstreams and provide technical direction to architects, functional consultants, and implementation teams.
• Drive ERP modernization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, Finance leaders, Enterprise Architects, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 14–20 years of professional experience in Oracle ERP, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Applications Consulting.
• Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation and solution delivery.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and R2R.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, application configuration, and enterprise finance processes.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and Oracle Cloud technologies is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and managing multiple implementation workstreams.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, and leadership skills.
