Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.

  • Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials.
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

  • Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
