Manager / Senior Manager Oracle Financials (Oracle Cloud / EBS)
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Oracle Financials Implementation Consultants at Manager and Senior Manager levels to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. Candidates with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials experience and Oracle Cloud training/transition exposure are also considered.
The role involves functional design, configuration, testing, solution leadership, and client engagement across Oracle Financial modules. Experience in adjacent Oracle modules such as Procurement, Projects Financials, or Order Management is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials implementations across core finance modules
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Financials configurations and solutions
- Perform functional configuration and solution design aligned to client processes
- Identify product gaps and define workarounds or extensions
- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including design, build, test, and deployment
- Provide post-implementation hypercare support
Functional Documentation & Testing
- Prepare business process flows and functional design documentation
- Develop configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and user guides
- Create and execute test scripts (unit, SIT, UAT)
- Manage and resolve defects during testing cycles
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Facilitate requirements and design workshops with business stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with client teams, offshore/onshore teams, and technical teams
- Coordinate with Oracle product support and development teams
- Provide domain expertise and best-practice guidance on finance processes
Leadership (Manager / Senior Manager)
- Lead functional teams and mentor consultants
- Drive solution architecture and module design decisions
- Support pre-sales activities (RFP/RFI responses, demos, solutioning)
- Present solutions to client leadership and participate in proposal orals
- Contribute to go-to-market offerings and industry perspectives
Required Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
Years of Experience
- Manager: 710 years Oracle Financials implementation experience
- Senior Manager: 10+ years Oracle Financials experience with solution leadership
Core Oracle Financials Expertise
Proven implementation experience in at least two or more modules:
- Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay)
- Accounts Receivable (Order-to-Cash)
- General Ledger (Record-to-Report)
- Fixed Assets (Acquire-to-Retire)
- Cash Management
