As an Oracle Finance Senior Manager, you will lead client-facing teams within the Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice, delivering innovative Oracle Finance solutions and helping clients optimize financial processes.

You will provide strategic direction across large-scale projects, build strong client relationships, mentor high-performing teams, and drive finance transformation initiatives through Oracle technologies and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Finance projects and manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
Guide teams in implementing and optimizing Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions.
Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives within client organizations.
Develop strategies to improve financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions.
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Present financial reports, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
Validate compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Provide strategic direction, problem-solving, and decision-making across complex finance technology projects.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting continuous learning and operational excellence.
Collaborate with global teams across geographies and functions to deliver client-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
10–15 years of professional experience.
Strong experience in Oracle Finance / Oracle ERP environments.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and finance transformation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, leadership, and presentation skills.
