As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming business processes by leveraging Oracle technologies to enhance financial operations. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements and build meaningful client relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data and trends to support client financial transformation initiatives
- Implementing Oracle Financials solutions to enhance financial reporting and compliance
- Managing financial system administration tasks to streamline financial processes
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements
- Utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for financial planning and analysis
- Developing financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights
- Presenting financial reports and findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making
- Supporting the integration of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Assisting in the development and execution of finance transformation strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance finance transformation initiatives
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Managing financial system administration with a focus on Oracle ERP
