Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Junior Lead Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Finance / Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work with finance stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement financial processes, ERP configurations, and system enhancements that improve financial operations, reporting accuracy, and business efficiency.

You will also support consulting engagements by translating business requirements into functional ERP solutions and ensuring successful delivery across Oracle Finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Finance Implementation

  • Support implementation and configuration of Oracle Finance / Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Participate in ERP transformation projects including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure solutions align with financial processes and business requirements

Financial Process Transformation

  • Work with finance stakeholders to analyze and improve financial processes and workflows
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP configurations
  • Support financial system improvements and automation initiatives

System Testing & Deployment

  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
  • Identify and resolve system issues during implementation and post-go-live support
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and system performance

Data & Reporting

  • Support financial reporting frameworks within Oracle ERP systems
  • Assist in developing financial dashboards and reports for business insights
  • Ensure proper data integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with finance teams, project managers, and technical teams
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
  • Provide functional guidance during project implementation and delivery

Qualifications

58 years of experience in Oracle ERP or Oracle Finance consulting

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud

Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP system implementations

Experience supporting ERP transformation or finance system implementations

Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
