Oracle Finance/ERP Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Finance / ERP Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, configure Oracle ERP modules, and support system implementation to improve financial operations and reporting.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, functional consulting, and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expense, and Tax
• Assist in system implementation, configuration, and optimization to support business processes
• Support system enhancements and resolve functional issues during project delivery

Business Requirements & Functional Design

• Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements
• Prepare functional design documents and system configurations based on approved requirements
• Translate business needs into Oracle ERP functional solutions

Testing & Deployment Support

• Support system testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Assist integration and data conversion teams with data mapping and testing validation
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve system issues

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with finance teams, project managers, and technical teams
• Provide functional guidance to ensure solutions align with business requirements
• Support business users and stakeholders during implementation and system rollout

Qualifications

25 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Financials consulting

Experience configuring modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, Expense, or Receivables

Experience supporting Oracle ERP implementations or enhancements

Knowledge of ERP functional design documentation and testing processes

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
