Role Summary
Responsible for supporting, configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Works with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives across project phases or support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle ERP modules based on project or operational needs.
- Participate in implementation activities including design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Assist with data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare documentation such as solution designs, test scripts, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle ERP preferred).
- Understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Experience Level Guidelines (Adjustable)
- Consultant: 3-5 years - handles module ownership and client interaction
- Senior: 5-6 years leads implementations, solution design.
- AM-Manager+: 7-10+ years oversees strategy, architecture, delivery leadership.
