What You'll Do:
- Application Configuration Support: Assist with configuration of metadata, forms, dashboards, business rules, and security within Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Data Integration & Validation: Support data loads, mappings, and reconciliation checks using Data Management and standard Oracle integration capabilities.
- Testing & Documentation: Prepare and execute test scripts, document configurations, capture defects, and maintain implementation and support documentation.
- BAU Support & Issue Resolution: Provide first-line support for user queries, data load issues, and application functionality, escalating complex issues when required.
- Enhancements & Reporting Support: Assist with minor enhancements, report development, dashboard updates, and automation activities to improve system usability.
- Learning & Delivery Participation: Actively participate in project activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and certification pathways to build Oracle EPM Cloud capability.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Basic understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS desirable)
- Exposure to metadata management and business rules concepts
- Familiarity with data integration and mapping principles
- Basic Excel skills for data validation and analysis
- Understanding of testing lifecycle and defect management
- Foundational accounting knowledge (GL, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting concepts)
- Understanding of financial reporting and planning processes
- Ability to interpret finance requirements and translate into system tasks
- Awareness of data reconciliation and control concepts
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Collaborative team player with experience working in agile environments and distributed delivery models, including both onshore and offshore teams.
