Role Description The Oracle Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This position is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Applications to optimize accounting, finance, and operational processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, mapping them to Oracle solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and improve workflows. The Oracle Consultant will perform system testing, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and provide end-user training and documentation. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to support enterprise project management initiatives and improve order management and other business processes.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills with the ability to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support in accounting or financial environments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools and practices, with experience supporting or managing Oracle-related project implementations.
• Understanding of Order Management processes and related Oracle modules, with the ability to streamline and optimize end-to-end workflows.
• Expertise in business process analysis and improvement, including documenting current state, designing future state, and supporting change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services or accounting industry and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage.
