Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. - Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Integration. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application development. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Integration. - This position is based at our Manila office.
