Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Payables.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience in application development and configuration within Oracle Cloud.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Oracle Cloud.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Payables.
This position is based at our Manila office.
