About the opportunity

We're helping a global consulting firm grow its Oracle practice in Manila. You'll work with teams across regions and lead client engagements that make a real difference to how businesses run their finance and technology. We're hiring for four leadership roles:

• Oracle Fusion Finance Director (14 to 20 years of experience)
• Oracle Technology Director (14 to 20 years of experience)
• Oracle Finance Senior Manager (10 to 15 years of experience)
• Oracle Cloud Tech Senior Manager (10 to 15 years of experience)

What you'll do

• Lead client-facing Oracle Cloud engagements, from design and configuration to testing, deployment and stabilization
• Guide teams on Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, cash management, record to report) or Oracle Cloud technology (OCI, integration, ADF, BI Publisher), depending on the role
• Advise senior client stakeholders on strategy, process improvement and solution trade-offs
• Manage multiple workstreams, resolve complex issues and keep delivery on track
• Coach and mentor consultants and developers to build high-performing teams
• Directors: set strategic direction, support business development and build executive relationships
• Present progress, risks and recommendations clearly to clients

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience matching the role: 14 to 20 years for Director, 10 to 15 years for Senior Manager
• Consulting background with hands-on Oracle Cloud implementation experience
• Finance roles: strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience and finance transformation exposure
• Technology roles: Oracle Cloud technical delivery, with experience leading Oracle developers or technical teams
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud certification (Financials for finance roles, or technical/integration/OCI for technology roles)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business (finance roles), or Computer Science, IT or Engineering (technology roles)
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity with sound judgment and composure
