As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with database management and data migration processes.
Proficient in programming languages relevant to Oracle Cloud technologies.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
Experience in integrating cloud solutions with existing systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion.
This position is based at our Manila office.
